Leaf Lending arranges loans for business purposes only. We do not provide loans for personal, domestic or household purposes.

Information on this website is general and does not take your circumstances into account. Nothing on this website is an offer or a promise to lend. Loan amounts, terms and availability depend on assessment of each application.

Applications and offers

When you apply, you must give information that is true, complete and not misleading. A conditional approval or letter of offer is subject to its stated conditions, satisfactory security, documentation and settlement, and may be withdrawn if information changes or proves incorrect. A loan is binding only once the final loan documents are signed.

Secure links

Application and offer links are personal to the person they are sent to. Keep them private and don’t forward them. Links expire, and an application link closes once the application is submitted.

We recommend you get independent legal and financial advice before accepting an offer or signing loan documents.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
